The investment and major projects commissioners lead Investment Territory and report directly to the Northern Territory Chief Minister.
Infrastructure NT, under the leadership of the Infrastructure Commissioner, coordinates and delivers the strategic public infrastructure plan.

Major Projects Commissioner
Leads the facilitation of strategic projects in Investment Territory’s portfolio, including projects granted major project status, and facilitates a whole-of-government approach to securing investment.
Kelly Ralston
Investment Commissioner
Leads the Australia’s Northern Territory Government’s plan to attract and secure private investment to the Territory.

The Investment Advisory Group provides strategic input to help shape Investment Territory’s transformative investment attraction initiatives in key markets and sectors.
Our Investment Advisory Group comprises respected, qualified, knowledgeable and connected business, investment and industry specialists with deep commercial experience.
The committee is:

Local Jobs Fund Investment Committee
The Local Jobs Fund Investment Committee provides advice and make recommendations to the Northern Territory Government on the application of Investment Territory’s financing products.
Our committee comprises experienced private sector representatives with strong backgrounds in investment banking, finance, legal and commercial negotiations.
The committee is:
- Ms Felicity Gates (Chair) - member of the Uni Super Investment Committee and former global Co-Head of Citi Infrastructure Investors
- Mr Bill Reeks - recently retired Executive Director, Macquarie Bank
- Mr Lachlan Drew - Managing Partner, MinterEllison Darwin
- Mr Charlie Falanga - Astute Finance, formerly Regional Executive with NAB.
