Advice to all users
Your personal data are processed by Department of Chief Minister and Cabinet as the data controller in order to send you the communication you have requested. If you do not provide your email address, we will not be able to send you your requested communication.
The information you provide will be accessible to the Department of Chief Minister and Cabinet and will only be used to provide a department service or program. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless:
- authorised or required by law to do so
- you have given us your consent to share your personal information for a specific purpose.
You have a right to access, correct the personal data we hold about you, a right to oppose to the processing of your personal data as well as a right to provide us with instructions concerning the use of your personal data after your death.

Advice to EU citizens on GDPR compliance
Since 25 May 2018, EU citizens have a right of data portability, a right of erasure, a right to restrict the processing of personal data and a right to lodge a complaint with a Data Protection Authority.
