Aralia Bay Pty Ltd
Priority Sector Grant of $26,900 for feasibility studies on specialist disability accommodation.
The consortium made up of Aralia Bay Pty Ltd ATF Aralia Bay Trust (owners of the properties), Platinum Bay Pty Ltd (registered SDA provider), Solis Real Estate Pty Ltd (property managers), Carpentaria Disability Services Ltd (tenants and supporters) will use the funds to complete feasibility studies for building a specialist disability accommodation (SDA) property in the Northern Territory.
There have been no new developments of SDA in the Territory reported since the start of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. If the study is successful and meets the needs of the local market, the project aims to attract private capital and create new jobs within the human services sector.
